Join me in romancing the past, celebrating the lives of fictional and historical heroes and heroines in days of yesteryear. Where supernatural and spiritual beliefs fill the heart, nature and man duel for control, and love, at its best, vies to melt the coldest of hearts.
I love history! That stems from my childhood in Japan, visiting castles in England and to a high school Humanities class where I meandered through castles and cathedrals in Germany. Traveling across the Wild, Wild West and exploring Italy and Europe, I always wanted to live in another time and place. Movies like, The Time Machine, helped me imagine I could. Books by authors Kathleen E. Woodiwiss, Julie Garwood, Cassie Edwards, Madeline Baker, and Louis L'Amour became my mode of transportation. Actors and actresses in film defined what it would be like to live in another era. All inspired me to envision my own stories, stories of love, adventure, quests for something tangible and peace in a world full of strife.
Please join me in celebrating love, courage and honor by delving into the histories of those who paved the way for us.
July 2007 - I recently attended the 2007 RWA Conference in Dallas and sent in a request for a partial to Dorchester for my novel, FLAME RISING.
Sept. 2007- Sadly, Dorchester sent me a rejection so I'm going to focus on my next book, Love Never Dies.
